- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in to the Port Clinton BMV to get my inflatable kayak registered. When approaching the counter, I wanted to ensure that I had my forms and required paperwork filled out correctly. Doris, the woman at the counter was very rude to me. After she told me I would need to fill in a year on my form- I explained to her that it was an inflateable kayak and it doesn't have a printed year on it. Before finally informing me that the year could be found in the last 2 numbers of the kayaks identification number, she continued to argue back and forth with me about whether or not the vessel had a year. As a bank teller I am tasked with informing and educating customers on policies and requirements daily. It is MY JOB to do so. I would never think to interact with a customer who was unaware of any kind of information the way I was spoken to. Perhaps some customer service training is needed in that office, or for that specific employee.By Google User, October 13, 2016
